  • Expansion Begins

    Bill Richardson Sr. joins the company and expands operations as far north as Albany and south to Baltimore.

  • Incorporated

    Raritan Supply Company is officially Incorporated.

  • Supply House Times

    Featured in Supply House Times for being one of the first industrial supply companies in the country to implement IBM’s Wholesale Impact system.

  • RVA

    Bill Richardson Jr. launches Raritan Valve & Automation specializing in automated valves, controls & instrumentation.

  • New Markets

    Our breadth of products and mechanical expertise made entry into the Water & Wastewater plant markets an easy decision. Success in this sector, along with our commitment to service, has positioned Raritan as one of the premier distributors of water, sewer and drainage products in the region.

  • Raritan Group

    Raritan Group is established as the new parent company as growth of the two operating divisions, Raritan Pipe & Supply and Raritan Valve & Automation, continues to accelerate.

  • Fab Shop Expansion

    At over 12,000 square feet, our shop’s capabilities now include welding, threading, galvanizing and value-added fabrication services for Ductile Iron, carbon & stainless steel as well as light structural and miscellaneous metals.

  • New Location

    Gloucester City, NJ location opens and expanding our presence in South Jersey, Eastern PA and DE. Added an additional 6,000 square feet of outside storage.

  • Celebrating 75 years!
